All walls need to be washed - done
All walls need to be primed and painted - done
Trim needs to be painted - done
Windows washed - done
Carpet cleaned - done
Carpet in Utility Hall needs to be taken out - done
Utility Room - clean sink & shelves - done
Restroom needs a complete cleaning - done
Bookcase in Sitting Room - done
Outside walls need to be power washed - done
Outside weeds need to be removed, sprayed, something - done
Flowers can be planted
Inside air filtered

Repairs
Ceiling tiles need to be replaced with new tiles - done
Broken windows need to be replaced - done
Holes in walls need to be patched - done
Trim needs to be repaired and some replaced - done
Outlet covers need to be replaced - done
New carpet in Utility Hall needs to be put down - done
Inside window between Lobby & Front Office
Front Office door frame needs to be rebuilt - done
Several interior doors need repair or replaced - done
Door knobs & locks installed
Outside holes need to be filled
Vent needs to be checked and screened
Mailbox replaced with secure Drop-Off box

please let us know so we can set up a time or let you know when we're all headed to work.
